The babies between 4-6 months are better to eat single-grain cereals to maintain the normal weight. The fortified cereals is good for the babies since it is contain important nutrient that they are needed which is iron. For the 6 – 8 months babies, it is better to give them strained fruits such as banana, apples, apricots, and pears. It will be so hard to eat them right away without being steamed or boiled first. So, all you have to do is boiling or steaming the fruits until soft then mixed them with breast milk or water. You may also use a processor food to soften the fruits. Do not forget to always mixed the baby food diet for weight loss with breast milk. Because it is important to help them grow well. for the 8 – 10 months babies, you need to give them mashed fruits and vegetables since they start to learn to eat solid food. You do not need any processor food to puree the fruits and veggies. After boiling the fruits and veggies, you only need to mashed them with your hands until it is half-soft. And the last for the 10 – 12 months babies, they already can swallow food rightly. So you can give them fish or chicken meat but it should be cooked very soft and mash the pieces with fingers to make sure there are no bones in those meat. As long as the baby drink 500 ml milk per day, there is nothing to be worried. And do not forget to check their weight every month to know how healthy they are.
