Low Residue Diet Foods
Low residue diet is a special diet to reduce fiber and other high element in our body. Usually people do low residue diet foods when they have to prepare for particular medicine examination and to cure certain health problems. This is not a type of diet that purpose to getting slim. The low residue diet foods is only for those people who have certain diseases. The aim of this diet is to reduce the bowels activity so that the volume of the bowels will increase. Here, the patient can not eat the food that contain fiber and pulp.
Low residue diet foods is very contradictory to diet for slim. In diet for slim you have to eat lots of fiber food, like veggies and fruits. But people who done this kind of diet cannot eat both fiber veggies and fruits. If you commit to do this low residue diet foods because of your diseases, you better juice the veggies and the fruits that you are going to eat. It is better for you to eat fruits and veggies without seeds. Aviding to consume hard or dry fruits because of their seeds and the fiber that they contained. You may have fruit juices withour any pulp or seeds. You also may have ripe fruits such as watermelon, honeydew melon, papayas, and bananas.
It will have the same rule on vegetables to low residue diet foods. Do not eat veggies which has seeds and hard skin. You may eat potatoes, but you have to separate them from their skin. All of the veggies that you are going to eat must have been well-cook before eat. They have to be smooth and tender. It will help your bowels to lessen their activities. There are some vegetables that you may eat, they are lettuce, cucumbers, onions, and Zucchini. You can also eat vegetbales such as pumpkins, carrots and green beans as long as they are well-cooked or canned with no seeds in it. On low residue diet foods you have to preventing to eat veggies which are okay to eat without being cooked first.
You can still drink milk on low residue diet foods. But it has to be pure and natural milk, without being mixed with vegetables, nuts, or fruit. Do not ever drink milk with seeds, nuts, veggies, and fruits which adding to them. You may still have meat on your low residue diet foods as long as it is well-cooked and tender meat.
